The sunshine was just right and the breeze was not dry. After the heat of summer was gone, the sky was high and the clouds were clear, the staff of CHT had a unique team activity together.
Rafting in AnjiAfter a 4-hour drive, we reached Anji. The warriors of the tunnel, with their childish passion, met on the winding river and started a rafting water fight journey about speed and passion, laughter and collaboration.
After forming a team, everyone was fully armed, holding all kinds of water guns and scoops, wearing colorful life jackets, and making eye contact with each other filled with the desire to fight that was about to break out.
The kayak slowly entered the water, and as the water accelerated, the kayak undulated and shuttled in the waves. Splashing water, accompanied by laughter, even the usually rigorous and serious colleagues, at this moment also become full of childishness. Chasing each other and splashing in the water not only tested everyone's reaction speed, but also deepened each other's friendship in the repeated "exchanges", so that the team's cohesion was quietly enhanced in the playfulness.
In between the thrilling rafting, the scenery on both sides of the river unfolded like a scroll. Lush green mountains and clear streams, the mesmerizing scenery made us forget the hustle and bustle of the city, and our minds were washed and relaxed like never before.
The second day of the team development activities is full of challenging arrangements for a series of team activities, passing ping-pong balls, concentric drums, not down in the forest, Frisbee and a series of carefully planned activities not only test our coordination and cooperation, but also deepen the tacit understanding between each other.
We were divided into two teams, the red team and the blue team, and each team had to design their own team name, flag and slogan. After everyone's joint efforts, the team names, flags and slogans came out very quickly. The red team's name was Ace of Spades and the blue team's name was Grumpy Dinosaurs, and they all finished the wonderful and interesting opening dance within the limited time.
As the project proceeded, everyone's enthusiasm grew higher and higher, everyone was fully involved in it, seriously completing the part they were responsible for, and the flashes of wisdom of each member converged into the key to solving the problem, which allowed us to enjoy the joy of success amidst the tension and excitement.
Although the team activity has ended, those moments of fighting side by side and the friendship condensed in the challenge have stayed in the heart of every one of us. We have learned courage, cooperation and trust, with this valuable team cohesion, no matter what kind of storms we encounter on the road in the future, we will take a more solid step towards a higher goal.
